Here you’ll find our three iconic serves—Cactus 75, Desert Fizz, and Dos Almas—each designed to reveal a different side of Cactus 75. From champagne sparkle to grapefruit brightness to a mezcal-kissed finish. Choose your mood, pour with intention, and let the cactus do the rest.

Cactus 75

Call it coincidence or fate—Cactus 75 wasn’t planned, it was inevitable: our signature twist on the French 75.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce of Cactus 75 gin

  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

  • 3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)

  • Garnish: lemon twist

Steps

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a Champagne flute.

  3. Top with the Champagne of choice.

  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cactus 75

Desert Fizz

Imagine an acid desert—cactus gin, grapefruit sparkle, and Supasawa precision: clean, electric, dangerously refreshing.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cactus 75 Gin

  • 1/2 oz Supasawa

  • 4–5 oz grapefruit soda (chilled)

  • Garnish: grapefruit wedge or grapefruit twist

  • Optional: salt rim (fine sea salt) or half rim

Steps

  1. If using a rim, run a grapefruit wedge around half the rim, then dip it in fine sea salt.

  2. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice.

  3. Add Cactus 75 and Supasawa.

  4. Top with chilled grapefruit soda.

  5. Give it one gentle lift with a bar spoon (don’t over-stir).

  6. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or a twist expressed over the glass.

Dos Almas

Cactus gin, mezcal, and citrus—two souls, one coupe, zero mercy.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Cactus 75 gin

  • 3/4 oz Mezcal espadín joven

  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/4 oz triple sec

  • 1/3 oz fresh lime juice

  • Garnish: pineapple wedge

Steps

  1. Chill a coupe glass.

  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  3. Double strain into the chilled coupe.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (or a small pineapple leaf, if you want it more elegant).
